These terms govern your use of the 321 Organics website and the purchase of PCAT Organic products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

321 Organics is powered by the Power Conservation Ag Clinic Trust (PCAT), with scientific standards upheld by the Harare Institute of Technology (HIT) under a Memorandum of Understanding.

Products and information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Field-trial results (such as the SCIT 18 t/ha maize figure) reflect specific trial conditions; independent laboratory analysis is being finalised and will be published as confirmed. Pricing is confirmed at the time of order.

Ordering and payment

Today, orders are arranged via WhatsApp and direct contact. When online checkout goes live, accepted methods will include EcoCash, InnBucks, OneMoney, ZIPIT/bank transfer, Visa/Mastercard and cash on delivery, with payment handled by a licensed payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment (or a cash-on-delivery arrangement) is agreed.

Delivery and collection

We deliver nationwide within Zimbabwe and offer click-and-collect in Harare. Delivery times and fees depend on your location and will be confirmed at order.

Returns and complaints

If a product arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us promptly and we will make it right. As an agricultural input, results depend on soil, climate and management, which are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Our guides and recommendations are provided in good faith for general guidance. Farming outcomes vary with conditions we cannot control, so we cannot guarantee specific yields. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
