321 Organics ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].

What we collect

We only collect what you give us through our forms and messages:

  • Mailing list & contact forms: your full name, phone/WhatsApp number, and (optionally) email address, province, and farmer type.
  • WhatsApp: if you message us, we receive your number and the content of your message.
  • Basic site analytics: non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited) to improve the site.

We do not yet process online payments. When ordering and checkout go live, payment is handled by our payment provider — we do not store your card or mobile-money credentials.

How we use your information

  • To send the free farming guides, seasonal tips and planting calendar you signed up for.
  • To respond to your enquiries and process orders and deliveries.
  • To improve our content and service.

Your consent

We collect your details only with your explicit opt-in. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data at any time — there is no penalty for doing so.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our form/hosting provider and, in future, our payment and delivery partners — and only as far as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We keep your details only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

Under the Cyber and Data Protection Act you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. The site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
